Colgate Country Showdown!

Think you've got what it takes to be the next big thing in country music?! Well, 1079 The Duke wants you to show us your vocal chops for a chance to make your dreams come true with the 29th Annual Colgate Country Showdown! Our qualifiying rounds are over! Now it's time to see who will win, on July 31st at the Lower Level beginning at 6:00pm. Remember if you performed in the showdown but didn't make the top three, you still have a chance to be a "wild card" at the finals! The top three scores from all the qualifying rounds get to compete for a chance to be the ultimate winner of our Colgate Country Showdown, earning a chance to perform on national TV and a shot at $100,00!
Finalists will be performing full length songs and should be prepared for to sing at least three songs. There is a $15.00 entry fee to be paid to Colgate upon performance in the finals.
